All cylinder heads are quoted individually once we have inspected them, but the prices below are a reasonably firm guide to how much your cylinder head skimming will cost.

Aluminium (up to) 4 pot cylinder head (flat)

• Flycut up to 20 thou £45 +vat
• Welding badly corroded areas from £40 +vat
• Broken stud removal & repairs from £30 + vat
• Clean excessively oily heads £20 + vat

Aluminium (up to) 4 pot cylinder head (wedge-shaped)

Wedge-shaped heads take much longer to set up, hence the cost increase from a standard head

Collection & delivery

Collection and delivery costs are based on order, not per item.

• Local (within 5 miles of the workshop) collection and return service (24-hour turnaround)£20 +vat. Areas include Oxted, Lingfield, East Grinstead, Godstone, Caterham, Westerham and Edenbridge.
